Job summary

QXO in Aurora, CO is hiring an Inventory Control – Purchasing Agent to maintain inventory accuracy and support purchasing, vendor coordination, receiving, and reporting across warehouses and production facilities.

The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, at our Aurora office. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in purchasing/inventory control, ERP experience, and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced building materials environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in purchasing, inventory control, or distribution.
• Experience with ERP, purchasing software, and inventory systems required.
• Knowledge of building materials or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Create, process and manage purchase orders to support operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales and operations teams.
• Source materials to meet customer and business needs.
• Analyze inventory performance and generate reports.
• Support audits, reconciliations, and vendor management.
• Collaborate across departments to meet objectives.
