Bio-Techne Corp. is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control Specialist in Denver, CO. The role focuses on planning and tracking production orders to meet demand and maintaining precise inventory records in a lab production environment.

Responsibilities include managing open and past-due orders, coordinating with manufacturing and quality teams, and supporting cycle counts and audits. Strong ERP and Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Inventory management experience required with 4–6 years if HS diploma.
• Bachelor’s in supply chain, operations, or related field with 2–4 years inventory experience.
• Proficient in ERP systems and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor and manage open production orders and past due orders.
• Communicate expectations with manufacturing, quality, production, care teams.
• Monitor KPI and weekly backorders; identify expired items and salvage components.
• Post receipts for materials and perform inventory transactions and scrapes.
• Maintain inventory locations and perform cycle counts and audits.
• Identify process improvements and draft SOPs.
