Job summary

Resonetics, a global leader in advanced engineering and micro-manufacturing, is seeking a Senior Planner to manage complex production and material plans within our ERP environment. You will balance demand, capacity, material availability, and inventory objectives while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery and forecast accuracy, drive improvements in planning processes, and support new product introductions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in production planning, inventory management, or related Supply Chain roles in manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of production planning, MRP, capacity planning, forecasting and inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and ability to maintain planning parameters and outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating data, constraints and tradeoffs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration to influence decisions and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage complex production and material plans within the ERP system.
• Optimize production plans by cross-functional collaboration to assess capacity and constraints.
• Analyze inventory levels and advise actions to balance service, production, and inventory objectives.
• Assess material requirements and demand to identify purchasing needs and timing for Procurement.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on priorities and recovery plans.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery, inventory, and forecast accuracy and drive corrective actions.
• Support new product introductions and transitions to volume manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain ERP planning parameters and data as the system of record.
• Review change requests from a supply chain perspective and coordinate planning actions.
• Identify planning risks and escalate where necessary.
