Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Exposure to inventory accounting, manufacturing, construction, or cost accounting environments is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both accounting and operational teams.
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory transactions, balances, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and inventory-related accounting activities.
• Analyze inventory variances and identify trends.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory valuation and reporting.
• Gather and analyze operational data across locations and partner with field teams.
• Support reporting and strategic decision-making.
