Job summary

PerfectVision Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Operations Coordinator in Little Rock, AR. You will monitor inventory levels in internal and customer systems, evaluate on-hand quantities, and escalate shortages to leadership to protect operations.

You will process equipment orders, coordinate with Partners and the order processing team, and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams to strengthen efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and related inventory/accounting analytics experience.
• 2+ years supervising inventory; 3–5 years in customer service helpful.
• Strong MS Excel, Outlook and CRM skills required.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor inventory levels in company/customer systems.
• Evaluate on-hand quantities based on forecasts and work orders.
• Escalate low inventory to management and assist partners.
• Process equipment orders and coordinate with order processing.
• Suggest process improvements and document changes.
• Build positive cross-team relationships and report issues.
