ZT Systems in Secaucus, NJ seeks a Staff Customer Operations Analyst to coordinate between procurement, logistics and production to meet customer commitments with integrity.

You will analyze data, build automations in Python, write SQL queries, and develop BI dashboards while ensuring strong communication across teams. This role offers a meaningful impact on operations and customer satisfaction within a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field with 5 years of experience.
• 5+ years in a similar role in high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
• Advanced PC skills and expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in Python is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Tableau/PowerBI for data visualization and presentation.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Envision and execute strategic directions for inventory and operations.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production on demand and supply activities.
• Manage supply and demand for multiple components to meet business needs.
• Leverage SAP ERP and data to influence decisions.
• Coordinate with procurement managers to improve continuity of supply.
• Analyze business patterns and formulate recommendations.
• Develop data processing automations using Python.
• Develop SQL reporting queries and maintain BI dashboards.
