KENT WORLDWIDE is hiring a Network Optimization & Inventory Manager (Finance) to drive inventory and network strategies in Muscatine, Iowa. You will partner across the organization to turn data into actionable insights, optimize supply chain operations, and support long-term growth.

This role emphasizes governance, dashboards, and continuous improvement, with travel up to 25% and substantial cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics or related field.
• 7 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, or network optimization.
• Experience developing inventory and replenishment strategies to improve service levels and working capital.
• Proven ability to use data analysis, modeling and scenario planning to support decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory optimization and network design strategies to improve service and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain inventory policies, replenishment frameworks, and stocking strategies.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain flows to improve efficiency and performance.
• Build network optimization models and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams.
• Establish governance, standards, and performance metrics for data integrity.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on inventory health and network efficiency.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to drive growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
