Lead enterprise inventory optimization, develop replenishment frameworks, and build dashboards to monitor inventory health and performance. Travel up to 25% to align across teams and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a project management mindset.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, and scenario planning for supply chain decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory optimization and network design strategies to reduce costs and improve service.
• Develop and maintain inventory policies, replenishment frameworks, and stocking strategies.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain flows to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Build network optimization models and scenario analyses for long-term planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, IT and Commercial.
• Establish governance, standards, and KPIs to drive data integrity and continuous improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on inventory health and network performance.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to scale the business.
