Job summary

BETA Fueling Systems in Reidsville, NC is seeking an Inventory and Materials Supervisor to partner with production and ensure materials are available for manufacturing to meet customer demands and on-time delivery promises.

The role supervises 2–6 Materials team members, manages stocking levels, and oversees international shipments while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics (or higher) required or preferred.
• Four+ years in warehouse, shipping and receiving roles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; JobScope preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, graphs, tables).
• Proven ability to identify gaps and improve materials processes.
• Experience supervising 2–6 staff.
• Familiar with safety equipment and industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedules and material requirements to set stocking levels and reorder points.
• Coordinate with Production Control to ensure material availability for scheduling.
• Read work orders to determine material/equipment needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering on material utilization and consolidation.
• Provide logistical support for warranty, spare parts, and field service.
