Job summary

BETA Fueling Systems, LLC in Reidsville, NC seeks an Inventory and Materials Supervisor to align production materials with demand, manage stock levels, and oversee a Materials team. You will ensure material availability for domestic and international shipments, and coordinate with Production Control, Engineering, and Quality to optimize inventory and delivery performance.

Responsibilities include overseeing ERP/MRP, cycle counts, and safety procedures, with emphasis on timely, accurate material

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Business or Logistics, or equivalent.
• 4+ years in warehouse, shipping and receiving; supervisory experience.
• Advanced ERP/MRP experience; JobScope preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office with Excel (VLOOKUP, charts).
• Strong analytics, process improvement, and cost awareness.
• Forklift experience and safety awareness are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedules and material requirements to set stocking levels and reorder points.
• Collaborate with Production Control to ensure material availability for scheduling.
• Read work orders to determine material and equipment needs.
• Develop material utilization plans with Engineering; identify consolidation opportunities.
• Provide logistics support for warranty, spare parts, and field service.
• Maintain ERP inventory records and support accurate job costing.
• Manage cycle counts and VLM utilization; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure on-time delivery, including international shipments and customs compliance.
• Lead and develop Materials team; coach and evaluate performance.
