Job summary

BETA Fueling Systems, LLC in Reidsville, NC is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing assembly activities across mechanical, electrical, and other trades, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.

You will lead the assembly team, develop staffing plans, improve processes with Kaizens, and collaborate with Production Control and Engineering to keep on-time delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Two or more years managing people, including supervising or leading.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; comfortable with data entry and basic reporting.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred; will train.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Assembly team - responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees. Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Regularly meet with associates and direct team to review responsibilities and performance
• Monitor production schedules and staffing requirements to optimize line balance and throughput
• Coordinate with Production Control and Engineering teams to address material availability, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure on-time delivery, safety and adherence to high quality standards
