You will coordinate across Receiving, Purchasing, Finance, Inventory, and Operations, maintain accuracy in documents and spreadsheets, and support cross-training to cover during absences and peak workloads.

Responsibilities

• Manifest, Invoice & PO Reconciliation: reconcile manifests and invoices daily; code invoice and ensure freight charges are updated.
• Match KeyRecs to packing slips and manifests; file appropriately after mill invoice approval.
• Close all POs tied to manifests in a timely manner.
