Job summary

Arcadia Beverage, LLC is seeking an Inventory and Inbound Logistics Manager to own inventory governance and material availability. You will lead cycle counting, reconcile discrepancies, and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate records and reliable inbound flow.

The role emphasizes optimization of yard operations, supplier performance, and data-driven KPIs. Strong ERP, Excel, and Power BI skills are essential for ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain leadership.
• Experience building cycle counting programs and inventory governance.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across all materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop and sustain cycle counting with ABC classifications.
• Lead inventories, reconciliations, and root-cause corrective actions.
• Manage inbound transportation strategy and carrier performance.
• Drive yard management, material availability, and risk mitigation.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership review.
