Job summary

Arcadia Beverage Co. is seeking an Inventory and Inbound Logistics Manager to lead inventory accuracy and strategic control across materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods.

You will own cycle counting, governance, and inbound transportation, partnering with Planning, Operations, Receiving, Quality, and Finance to align records with physical stock. This role reports to the Vice President of Supply Chain and focuses on reducing shrinkage, improving turns, and ensuring material availability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience building and managing robust cycle counting programs.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing inbound transportation, supplier logistics, and carrier performance.
• Advanced ERP system experience.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience recommended.
• Experience with SQF, FDA, and regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI data visualization skills preferred.
• APICS or ASCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across all raw materials, ingredients, packaging, work-in-process, and finished goods.
• Develop, implement, and sustain a robust cycle counting program using ABC inventory classification methodologies.
• Establish inventory governance processes and inventory control standards across the organization.
• Lead physical inventories and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor and reduce inventory shrinkage, handling damage, write-offs, and inventory adjustments.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and inventory traceability throughout the facility.
• Partner with Planning, Operations, Shipping, Quality, and Receiving to ensure inventory records accurately reflect physical inventory.
• Develop and maintain inventory audit processes to verify compliance with established inventory procedures, including track and trace protocols.
• Manage product disposition and life cycle, including inventory aging, obsolete inventory, and slow-moving inventory.
