Job summary

You will operate the WMS, generate reports, assist audits, research discrepancies, and collaborate with Receiving, Warehousing and Shipping teams to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse inventory experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of cataloguing inventory techniques and packaging.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Update and review inspections and corrected inventories.
• Perform cycle counts and verify against perpetual stock.
• Generate reports and documentation for failure activity research.
• Update inventory in the WMS following policies.
• Assist in audits and verify accuracy of adjustments.
• Research customer claims and participate in audits.
• Ensure item setup, UPCs, and slotting support operations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance inventory integrity.
