Job summary

Housing Works in New York is seeking a Processing Manager to drive financial success by training and developing warehouse Department Managers in processing and curating for Thrift Shops. This role collaborates with Marketing, Development and the Thrift Administration Team to align operations with organizational goals.

The candidate will set production targets, ensure pricing consistency, and supervise managers to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organizes systems in the PDC regarding clothing shipments and processes.
• Set clear and ambitious direction for inventory processing, curating collections & operations with Department Managers.
• Supervises Department Managers to ensure efficiency and policy adherence.
• Create production targets for apparel, shoes, and accessories with Department Managers.
• Establish systems to ensure consistent pricing and inventory management within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Thrift Administration on brochures, promos, and offsite events.
