Job summary

Housing Works, Inc. is seeking a Processing Manager to lead warehouse operations, training Department Managers in processing and curating thrift shop inventories.

You will partner with Marketing, Development, and the Thrift Administration Team to drive efficiency and ensure quality standards across all processing stages. The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and a data-driven approach to set production targets for apparel, shoes, and accessories while maintaining

Responsibilities

• Organizes systems in the PDC for clothing shipments and processes.
• Sets clear direction for inventory processing with Department Managers.
• Supervises Department Managers to ensure efficiency and policy adherence.
• Creates production targets for apparel, shoes, and accessories.
• Establishes pricing and inventory management systems in the warehouse.
• Collaborates with Marketing and Thrift Administration on promos and events.
• Keeps up with fashion and social media trends through industry sources.
