Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or Contract Manufacturer operations within the high-tech industry.
• Deep expertise in inventory control best practices and data-driven supply chain efficiency.
• Proven experience working within global supply chains and managing contract manufacturers (EMS).
• A highly adaptable self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid analytical foundation with a track record of solving complex operational problems.
• Exceptional ability to influence, motivate, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• APICS CPIM / CSCP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consigned inventory control activities at Arista’s contract DF site.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, support on-time fulfillment operations, and maintain alignment with financial policies.
• Collaborate with DF contract manufacturers to drive site-wide inventory control execution and seamless fulfillment.
• Monitor daily DF Inventory Control activities, track dual systems reconciliation, cycle count progress, auditing and reporting.
• Oversee complex inventory transaction reconciliation, coordinating with corporate finance for financial compliance.
• Lead comprehensive inventory audits and physical validations to maintain accuracy and accountability.
• Initiate and drive efficiency improvements across DF Inventory Control operations, including FIFO, MRB, and aging inventory management.
• Partner with the DF Site Operations Manager to streamline daily operations and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate with Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering to hit core financial metrics.
