Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking an Associate to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to distribution centers. You will collaborate with Sales, Warehouse Operations, and Suppliers to develop inventory plans and execute POs, while overseeing procure-to-pay processes and data integrity in ERP systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in purchasing, solid MS Office and ERP skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/work experience.
• 5+ years’ purchasing or related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/MRP reporting tools.
• Strong communication, diplomacy and discretion in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze forecast data with Sales to develop inventory plans and purchase orders.
• Follow procure-to-pay processes and audit requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders per policy.
• Resolve issues affecting receiving or supplier payments.
• Manage transportation and delivery for non-supplier deliveries.
• Analyze monthly inventory changes and report on aging, unsaleable items, and cycle counts.
