Job summary

Weatherford seeks an experienced Director PRI Manufacturing to lead manufacturing and intervention production across the Houston network. The role drives Lean implementation, capacity alignment, and cross-functional alignment of footprint, talent, and technology.

The candidate will integrate NCS Multistage Holdings post-acquisition, ensuring business continuity while optimizing the combined manufacturing footprint. Strong leadership and communication across dispersed operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent to 10+ years in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience with multiple direct reports.
• Hands-on Lean Manufacturing experience driving productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional manufacturing teams across multiple facilities to optimize manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Implement strategy and long-term planning for the PRI manufacturing network to meet customer expectations.
• Interface with engineering, sourcing, project management, HR, logistics, and finance for facility issues and cost reporting.
• Serve as Lean Manufacturing expert with Daily Management, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and related Lean tactics.
• Develop and standardize processes across facilities to improve KPIs like productivity, OTD, and inventory management.
• Support integration efforts with NCS Multistage Holdings and coordinate synergies across the network.
