Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Inventory Analytics & Governance Manager responsible for guiding inventory initiatives across planning, DC and merchandising teams. You will define governance, track financial impact, and lead analytical efforts from concept to implementation.

The role requires strong SQL and data analytics skills, experience with Blue Yonder or similar systems, and excellent stakeholder communication to drive actionable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management or related analytics.
• 2–3 years of SQL experience with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake.
• Experience with Python, Databricks or similar analytics tools.
• 2–3 years of experience with inventory planning systems (Blue Yonder, JDA or similar).
• Ability to apply a structured decision framework in an operational context.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to design tests and present findings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain inventory governance rubric, audit trail and approval criteria for changes.
• Support analytics from concept through pilot to implementation and measure impact.
• Translate inventory decisions into financial language for leadership visibility.
• Serve as a connector across inventory tools and systems, ensure integration with Blue Yonder and related platforms.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and enablement for partners.
