Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Inventory Analytics Manager for the Pharmacy Inventory Management Store Planning team. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory operations across roughly 8,900 CVS pharmacy locations and drive data-driven decisions with analytics.

The role requires experience in supply chain/inventory management, data analytics, and advanced Excel, with knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and Python. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Merchandising.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analytics or Statistical Analysis using SQL, Snowflake, Python or similar language.
• Minimum 2 years of advanced MS Excel.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with inventory metrics and their interdependencies.
• Minimum 1 year of experience building inventory and replenishment models or What-if tools.

Position Summary

An Inventory Analytics Manager on the Pharmacy Inventory Management Store Planning team plays a key role in supporting our enterprise, with a primary focus on optimizing inventory operations across approximately 8,900 retail pharmacy locations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience of Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Merchandising
• Minimum 2 years of experience of Data Analytics or Statistical Analysis utilizing SQL, Snowflake, Python or similar data manipulation language
• Minimum 2 years of experience advanced MS Excel
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Inventory metrics and how those metrics influence each other
• Minimum 1 year of experience building inventory and replenishment models, simulation algorithms or what-if tools, incorporating multiple variables, for use in estimating downstream impacts of various business changes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail or healthcare industry knowledge and Pharmacy products and pharmacy operational processes
• Experience working with multiple data warehousing environments, preferably Oracle, Teradata and Snowflake
• Knowledge of one or more tools for Data Wrangling and ETL
• Experience in Writing/relaying detailed business requirements for IT updates/builds
• Knowledge of Inventory allocation methodologies & ladder plans to effectively manage seasonal products
• Experience working with CVS retail systems, such as CFRx and RxConnect
• Experience creating visualizations that clearly convey meaningful insights
• Experience with Python, R, or other similar analytical tools/languages
• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems preferred

Pay Range $66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
