CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Analytics & Financial Reporting within the Supplemental Benefits team to drive data-driven financial reporting across OTC Benefits, Rewards, HSA/FSA and SNAP/EBT. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with inventory, supply chain, retail IT, marketing CMX, merchandising and store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• MBA (preferred).
• Experience with data synthesis and stakeholder management.
• Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in total program reporting and financial reconciliations. Inclusive of building a deep understanding of key data sources and flow
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports highlighting key drivers and trends
• Manage program expense reporting, including forward-looking forecasts and postmortem analysis of actual performance.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed
• Meet with both internal and external stakeholders to review and present data, crafting mutually compelling stories and strategies
