Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and two years’ experience in an inventory management-related position are required.
• Metals industry experience is desired.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is required due to ITAR and EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares documents for and processes the receiving for all VSI branches.
• Maintains Purchase Order information for all VSI and external suppliers.
• Ensures the smooth movement of materials in the inventory system (MCMS).
• Assists branches with inventory tracking issues as needed.
• Distributes shipping related documents to the appropriate branches.
• Monitors materials in transit and communicates with branches as necessary.
• Compiles inventory records for scanning.
