Job summary

VALIANT TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to maintain procurement records and supplier documentation, including NDAs, contracts, and certifications. You will assist with supplier communications and oversee the Supplier Performance Management program, driving improvements through scorecards and internal/external sharing.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting or procurement, proficiency with Oracle MRP, and the ability to work with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in business, accounting, or procurement.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with Oracle MRP System.
• 5+ years' experience in accounting or procurement.
• Minimal travel.
• Authorized to work in the United States; No Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Keep up-to-date and accurate procurement and supplier records.
• Organize supplier documentation such as NDAs, contracts, and certifications.
• Assist with supplier communications, surveys, and visits as necessary.
• Maintain manuals, policies, procedures, and terms & conditions per director guidance.
• Manage the Supplier Performance Management program with scorecards and information sharing.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for goods and services.
