Job summary

Valbruna Group USA is seeking an Inventory Administrator to support supply chain management by maintaining accurate inventory records and processing related transactions. Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2 years' experience in an inventory management-related position required.
• Metals industry experience is desired.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency required due to ITAR and EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares documents for and processes receiving for all VSI branches (VSSI and external suppliers).
• Maintains Purchase Order information for all VSSI and external suppliers.
• Ensures smooth movement of materials in MCMS inventory system, including part numbers, product codes, and freight codes.
• Assists branches with inventory tracking issues as needed.
• Distributes shipping related documents to the appropriate branches.
• Compiles information from shipping records and monitors materials in transit, communicating to branches as necessary.
• Compiles inventory records for scanning.
