Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager on the Innovation & Tech Communications team to lead internal and executive communications for Enterprise Product organizations. You will design data-informed strategies to engage associates, partner with senior leaders, and drive alignment across the enterprise.

The role requires excellent judgment, relationship-building in a matrixed environment, and a passion for storytelling to support business initiatives and organizational clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of communications experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise software, digital products, or tech-adjacent business units in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute internal communications strategies that directly support business goals, leveraging associate feedback and internal metrics to measure impact.
• Partner with senior leaders to craft executive communications, translating business objectives and organizational updates into compelling narratives that drive alignment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure consistent messaging, manage communication cadences, and support key business initiatives.
• Contribute to team-wide efforts to develop scalable processes, ensure operational excellence, and stay informed about industry trends to inform and enhance strategies.
