Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to draft and edit leadership messages, talking points and presentations for a global workforce.

You will translate complex topics into clear communications, build strong relationships with senior leaders, and own projects from planning through execution to support key business priorities. You will work with leaders across Product, Data & Technology and other teams, shaping communications that inform, engage and align employees with

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in employee, internal or corporate communications within a global, fast-paced organization.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with ability to tailor writing for different audiences and leaders.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, including drafting communications on their behalf.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit leadership messages, talking points, presentations and other employee communications.
• Translate complex topics into clear, accessible communications for a broad audience.
• Develop and execute communications plans with stakeholders and program leads from planning through execution.
• Write internal stories and other employee content; support town halls and internal programs.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications colleagues across regions to ensure coordinated, high-quality communications.
