Job summary

Insight Global in Irving, TX is seeking an Internal Communications professional to develop executive messaging, manage newsletters, and oversee employee communications for a large workforce. You will lead quarterly Town Hall content, coordinate with external vendors for AV, and ensure timely, clear messaging across Stores, HR, IT, Marketing and Legal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience creating communications for large employee populations.
• Strong executive messaging and leadership communication.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing enterprise newsletters, internal announcements, and campaigns.
• Experience supporting executive presentations and town halls.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Creates executive leadership communications for internal and external stakeholders including vendor communications, leadership/org announcements, Town Hall scripts, and other sensitive messaging.
• Leads agenda planning and content for quarterly Town Hall Meetings. Manages coordination with external vendors, oversees set-up for AV, manages production during Town Hall meetings.
• Develops communications strategy and executes comms for major company, HR, and IT initiatives.
• Leads all coordination with Store Operations on store-facing communications through MIK Check and other channels.
• Works with teams across Stores, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Learning and Development, IT, Asset Protection, Legal and PR to determine communication needs, develop the messaging and coordinate timing and approvals.
• Writes, edits, publishes weekly Creative Brief email to all Team Members and manages updates for The MIK (sharepoint).
