Job summary

Vontier is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join the Raleigh COE. This role shapes strategic employee communications, partners with executives, and coordinates cross-functional messaging in a highly matrixed environment. It is an onsite position based in Raleigh, NC.

You will translate business priorities into clear communications, support leadership on town halls and presentations, and manage multi-channel programs to engage employees across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate/internal communications or PR.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with strategic communication planning.
• Proven ability to advise leadership on communications approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications plans aligned with enterprise priorities and employee engagement goals.
• Advise leaders on communication approaches aligned to business priorities.
• Create executive messaging and presentation content to drive clarity and alignment.
• Support leaders with change communications on performance, priorities, culture, and transformation.
• Create high-quality, multi-channel communications in partnership with COE channel owners, ensuring brand voice and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across regions.
• Support company-wide programs including updates, leadership messages, intranet content, newsletters, and campaigns.
