Job summary

You will manage a broad range of internal communications materials, develop long-range plans, and coordinate with external teams to ensure timely, accurate messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or English, and six years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
• Extensive knowledge of AP Style and corporate journalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Attentive to detail with strong editing skills.
• Experience building relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex ground vehicle portfolios and priorities into clear narratives for employees.
• Develop internal communications materials: articles, intranet content, event collateral.
• Create long-term communications plans and schedules for product visibility.
• Coordinate with external comms to share major company news internally.
• Lead communications for ground vehicle products, campaigns, and events.
• Prepare leaders with talking points for announcements and industry events.
• Manage internal digital channels and track content performance.
• Tailor messaging for different employee audiences and drive engagement.
