Exelon is seeking a seasoned Director of Communications to lead internal communications across multiple locations. You will design strategic plans, oversee a small team, and coordinate with HR and operations to ensure timely, accurate messaging that supports corporate goals.

The role requires 10+ years in communications, strong writing, and proven leadership. Travel to multiple corporate sites is expected, with a focus on engaging diverse work groups and maintaining policy alignment.

Competenze

• 4-year relevant degree and a minimum of 10 or more years of experience in communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• In lieu of degree, 12-15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and management skills.
• A high level of self-motivation and independence will be critical.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking ability; self-motivation; organizational sensitivity.
• Excellent follow through capability; demands high level of performance from self and others.
• Demonstrated managerial experience.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access to a nuclear site, as applicable.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
