Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Communications, Digital Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of communications experience with at least 6 years in digital and social media communications.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise social media strategy and integrated communications programs.
• Excellent verbal communication, writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication, leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and execute Exelon's enterprise social media strategy, including organic and paid campaigns, audience growth, governance, social listening and performance measurement.
• Lead day-to-day direction of social media resources supporting Exelon's business and reputation objectives.
• Manage enterprise-wide social media platforms and coordinate with social media leads across Exelon's six utilities.
• Develop and execute an enterprise social media engagement strategy and coordinate Exelon's employee ambassador program.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior executives on social media strategy and digital communications.
