Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks an Internal Communications Lead Partner to drive large-scale employee communications aligned with ACE talent programs and HR initiatives.

You will lead development of internal communication strategies, engage stakeholders across HR COEs, Marketing, and business leaders, and manage programs and measurement to strengthen the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years in internal or corporate communications.
• Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
• Independent and collaborative work capability.
• Video content production experience.
• Ability to write scripts and storyboard concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of internal communication programs and campaigns.
• Provide strategic direction to Internal Communications team and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee internal communications channels (intranet, video, blogs, print).
• Manage calendar and project backlog for the department.
• Track metrics and survey programs to improve employee experience.
• Coordinate video production and ensure brand-aligned storytelling.
