Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks a seasoned internal communications leader to drive employee engagement and talent programs across the organization. You will guide strategy, develop corporate communications, and coordinate with HR COEs, marketing, and business leaders to align messaging and programs.

You will design and measure programs, manage an annual communications calendar, and produce engaging content across channels, including video, intranet, and blogs.

Qualifications

• Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Experience in internal corporate communications and program management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of employee communication programs and talent initiatives.
• Plan and execute internal communications across channels (intranet, video, blogs).
• Develop metrics and survey programs to improve employee experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external resources as needed.
• Oversee strategic campaigns for talent management and engagement.
