Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a closely related major.
• Prior experience in professional communications and/or public relations.
• Proficient in journalistic and business writing, interviewing, and feature content.
• Proficient in email marketing tools and analytics.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
• Proficient in WordPress/OmniCMS with HTML knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive internal communications plans for multiple audiences; manage intranet, myUVU Workplace, and weekly newsletters.
• Create and distribute employee feedback tools; manage timelines and budgets.
• Craft high-quality content with strong writing and proofreading; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with leadership, deans, and stakeholders; make strategic recommendations based on analytics.
• Create dashboards and integrate new technologies; maintain editorial calendars.
