The Huntsman Cancer Institute within the University of Utah invites applications for an Internal Communications Manager. You will lead development and execution of institute-wide internal communications to engage staff across health care and research settings, including frontline teams and leadership.

Collaborate with HR, operations, and senior leaders to plan campaigns, measure impact, and strengthen culture and mission alignment across the health system and affiliated campuses.

Qualifications

• EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
• Manager, Employee Communications Management: bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 6 years or master’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and develop strategies for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, displays).
• Collaborate with creative and digital teams on audience-centered content formats.
• Partner with senior leadership, HR, and operations to plan and support enterprise communications.
• Provide strategic counsel to leaders on planning, timing, and delivery.
• Define and track metrics; refine strategies using employee data.
