Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in internal communications or related field.
• Strong editorial and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools.
• Real estate experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies aligned with company priorities and initiatives.
• Support major announcements, product launches, and integration milestones with materials including talking points, emails, newsletters, press releases, and presentations.
• Project manage communications initiatives with briefs, timelines, and proper reviews.
• Maintain consistent voice across executive communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear language.
• Provide tools and guidance to leaders to communicate with their teams.
• Support live and virtual team meetings with notes, scripts, or other materials.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows and personalization.

Compass International Holdings is seeking a creative, passionate, organized, and detail-oriented Internal Communications Lead to support our Enterprise Communications team. This role is responsible for translating company strategy, priorities, and change into clear, consistent, and compelling communications that inform, engage, and inspire employees across the enterprise. This is an influential role at the intersection of culture, people, and communications, ensuring employees across our storied brands and businesses are informed, engaged and aligned with the company’s strategy and values.

In this Role You Will:

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies thatsupport company priorities, business objectives, and ongoing initiatives
• Support major company announcements, product launches, integrationmilestones, with thoughtful communication plans and supporting materialsincluding talking points, emails, newsletters, press releases, and presentationmaterials
• Project manage communications initiatives and requests, including creating project briefs, establishing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are properly reviewed
• Help maintain consistent voice and tone across all communications on behalf of senior executives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex ideas into clear, digestible language
• Enable people leaders with tools and guidance to effectively communicate with their teams
• Support live and virtual team meetings with speaker notes, scripts, or other supporting materials as needed
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance internal communications workflows, content development, personalization, and efficiency
• Contribute to the development of engaging content across multiple social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism,Marketing, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, executivecommunications, or a related corporate communications field.
• Strong attention to detail and an editorial eye for all written copy
• Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is aplus
• Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.

This is an office-based role, with our New York City Flatiron office (110 Fifth Ave.) as the preferred location. Our Madison, NJ office (175 Park Ave.) is also an option.
