Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive internal communications or related experience.
• Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives and frontline leaders.
• Experience supporting distributed, frontline, or multi-location workforces; healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear communications strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with COO, SVP Operations and other leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Create audience-first communications for Field and Center teams with clear changes and actions.
• Provide proactive counsel on messaging timing, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead change communications for organizational initiatives and events.
• Measure content effectiveness using engagement data and insights.
• Lead and develop the Manager, Internal Communications – Field & Center, with clear priorities.
