Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive internal communications or related experience.
• Experience advising senior executives and operational leaders.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable messages.
• Strong writing, editing and message-development skills.
• Experience managing and developing team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary communications partner to COO and senior leaders.
• Translate priorities into clear communication strategies.
• Provide proactive counsel on messaging, risks, and opportunities.
• Build partnerships across functions to reflect business needs.
• Own communications strategy for Field and Center audiences.
• Lead change and operational initiative communications.
• Develop leader messaging, emails, talking points, FAQs.
• Own timelines, approvals, and follow-up.
• Balance strategy with hands-on execution.
• Plan conferences and events; oversee content.
• Measure effectiveness using engagement data.
• Mentor Manager, Internal Communications – Field & Center.
