Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive internal communications, corporate communications or change communications.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior executives and frontline leaders.
• Experience supporting distributed, frontline or multi-location workforces; healthcare experience preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex business issues into clear, concise messages.
• Strong executive presence and judgment with candor and counsel provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted communications advisor to the COO, SVP of Operations and other senior leaders.
• Translate priorities into clear comms strategies that drive understanding and action.
• Provide proactive counsel on what, when, and how to communicate.
• Build partnerships across functions to reflect business needs in communications.
• Own communications strategy and execution for Field and Center audiences.
