Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Communications Coordinator, Internal Communications, to provide the operational backbone for the Global Internal Communications team. You will coordinate projects, support staff-facing channels, draft materials, and assist with analytics and reporting to keep employees informed and engaged.

You will plan and deliver organization-wide events, manage timelines, track deliverables, and support governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal communications projects and channels.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience supporting employee or internal communications across newsletters, email, intranet, or digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of internal communications projects, channels, events, and team operations.
• Help manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder follow-up, and dashboards.
• Draft, adapt, and proofread content for internal channels and communications materials.
• Maintain analytics, reporting tools, and performance metrics to inform engagement strategies.
