Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Communications Coordinator, Internal Communications to serve as the operational backbone of the Global Internal Communications team. You will coordinate projects, support staff-facing channels, draft and edit materials, and assist with analytics and reporting to keep employees informed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills across multiple channels.
• Experience supporting employee/internal communications across newsletters, intranet, and digital platforms.
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, partners, or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications projects, timelines and deliverables.
• Support planning and execution of internal communications channels, events and team operations.
• Manage stakeholder follow-up, monitor team inboxes, and support translation/vendor workflows.
• Draft, adapt and proofread content for internal channels and reporting dashboards.
