What We Can Achieve Together:

The Communication Coordinator, Internal Communications, serves as the operational backbone of the Global Internal Communications team, helping maintain the processes, workflows, tools, and resources that support effective communications across the organization. In this role, they coordinate communications projects, support key staff-facing channels, draft and edit communications materials, and assist with analytics and reporting. They work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partner teams to deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communications that inform and connect employees. By providing strong coordination and execution support, the Communication Coordinator enables the Internal Communications team to focus on strategic communications, employee engagement, organizational change, and leadership communications.

We're Looking for You:

You are a highly organized communicator who enjoys bringing structure, coordination, and follow-through to complex projects. You excel at managing details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture, ensuring work moves forward smoothly and stakeholders stay informed.

In this role, you'll support the planning and execution of internal communications projects, channels, events, and team operations. You'll help manage project timelines, track deliverables, coordinate stakeholder follow-up, monitor team inboxes, and support translation and vendor workflows. You'll also play a key role in planning and delivering organization-wide events and communication initiatives. You are excited to support employee-facing channels that help keep staff informed, engaged and connected across the organization.

You are comfortable working across multiple priorities and helping teams stay organized. You'll support communication intake and governance processes, ensuring requests are appropriately routed, required information is collected, and projects align with established workflows and priorities. You enjoy creating structure behind the scenes and helping teams work more efficiently through strong coordination, consistent processes and thoughtful execution.

You are a strong writer and editor who can draft, adapt and proofread content for a variety of internal communications channels. The ideal candidate is curious about employee engagement and communications effectiveness. You'll help maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics, and use data to identify trends and insights that inform content, channel, and audience engagement strategies. You are comfortable working independently, exercising sound judgment and managing projects from start to finish. Strong attention to detail, project coordination skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong project coordination skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience supporting employee, internal or organizational communications across multiple channels, including newsletters, email, intranet, or digital platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, partners, or vendors.
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and follow-through when working independently.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with data, dashboards, reporting tools, and communications metrics.
  • Interest in using audience insights and engagement data to improve communications.
  • Familiarity with communications platforms, content management systems, newsletter tools or digital publishing technologies.
  • Multi-lingual skills and cross-cultural experience are a plus.
