Mars Internal Audit is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead and participate in operational, strategic, and financial audits across the Americas.

You will deliver the Americas Internal Audit annual plan, partner with Service & Finance stakeholders to drive governance and risk, and work with other Audit Managers to ensure progress and integrity.

This role emphasizes objective process improvements, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and a trusted advisory presence within Mars.

Responsabilidades

• Participate and/or lead operational, strategic, and financial audits and consulting projects.
• Deliver the Americas Internal Audit annual plan.
• Serve as the knowledge partner for Americas Service & Finance stakeholders to drive governance and risk.
• Collaborate with other Internal Audit Managers to execute audits and report progress to the Senior Manager.
