Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG seeks an Internal Audit Manager to lead the North America internal audit function, delivering independent assurance on controls and risk management. You will shape the IA strategy, manage the audit plan, and drive effective remediation with stakeholders.

You will partner with senior leaders to align audits with business objectives, report to the Director of Internal Audit, and ensure governance and quality across audits and outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading internal controls, assurance and risk management.
• Experience managing global Internal Audit teams in large organisations.
• Experience presenting audit findings to senior management.
• Understanding IT services/complex international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day audits and risk assessments for North America.
• Develop the annual risk-based audit plan per IIA standards.
• Manage the IA team and mentor staff across functions.
• Present findings to management and audit committees in clear terms.
• Ensure QA of working papers and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.
