Job summary

ACG is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive annual audit plan across corporate, club, insurance, or IT domains. The role focuses on strengthening controls, risk assessment, and staff development while coordinating with external auditors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of internal audit experience, CIA/CISA eligibility within 18 months, and strong knowledge of governance and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of internal audit experience
• Developing internal and external audits and audit programs
• CIA or CISA within 18 months if not possessed
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, governance, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of the annual audit plan
• Oversee audits to ensure adherence to standards and policies
• Prepare audit findings, reports, and recommendations
• Present audit results to management and Audit Committee as needed
• Coach and mentor audit staff and guide project teams
