Job summary

Watco Transloading in Lowell, AR seeks an Intermodal Supply Chain Coordinator to manage day-to-day freight and carrier relationships, optimizing cost-effective solutions and service quality. You will lead intermodal and truckload logistics within the Watco Supply Chain Services portfolio, working both independently and with the team.

Qualifications

• Transportation or supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; data entry.
• Ability to work with others and positively influence coworkers.
• Excellent phone and email communication.
• Prepare reports and business correspondence.
• Familiarity with RMIS or TMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Broker shipments and secure carrier capacity.
• Trace shipments via web portals.
• Provide customer support to meet needs and address issues.
• Conduit spot pricing and rate negotiations for margins.
• Ensure compliance with service levels and lanes.
• Book loads with RMIS carrier compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
