Job summary

ELLKAY seeks an Strategy & Intelligence Analyst to translate enterprise strategy into measurable goals, KPIs, and initiatives. You will collect and analyze data, build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, and produce executive reporting for leadership.

In this role, you will independently lead cross-functional programs, identify risks, and coordinate stakeholders across business lines. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 7-10 years related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic analysis, business intelligence, enterprise planning, PMO/ePMO, analytics, or related enterprise functions.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into measurable operational objectives or initiatives.
• Advanced Asana experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into measurable operational goals, KPIs, and initiatives.
• Develop data models, SQL queries, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation and outcome validation.
• Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and decisions across multiple business areas.
