Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. You will own PMO scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data visibility and decision-making.

The role requires advanced Excel and Power BI skills, experience with large datasets, and the ability to automate reporting processes. Hybrid onsite work to Cranston, RI area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in analytics/BI/PMO analytics or finance.
• Experience building and maintaining PMO scorecards and executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the PMO monthly scorecard process with timely, accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reports.
• Lead data consolidation from multiple systems to improve reporting efficiency.
• Identify data quality issues and automate reporting processes.
• Collaborate with PMO, Engineering, Finance, Operations and leadership to define metrics.
